Roy Potts ◎简　　介　 　　第二次世界大战。德国战俘营。此地战俘按照国籍不同分开管理。美国战俘的最高长官是麦克拉马拉上校（布鲁斯·威利斯），职业军人，一个神秘又受尊敬的人物。中尉汤姆·哈特（科林·法瑞尔）原是耶鲁法学院的学生，应征入伍到欧洲参战，结果在战场上被俘，经过审讯后被分到麦克拉马拉手下。 即使在战俘营里也有等级制度，军官和士兵被分开住在不同营房。汤姆本应分到军官营，但是他和上校两个人一见面就不愉快。上校怀疑汤姆被俘不止看上去那么简单。 事实是汤姆在审讯中确实说出了一些情报。他对上校隐瞒了这一事实，心知肚明的上校因此把他分到士兵营，作为惩罚。同样被分到士兵营的还有两个黑人飞行员，林肯·斯各特（特伦斯·霍华德）和拉马·阿契（维斯勒·香农）。当时的美军中仍然实行种族隔离，两个黑人军官受到白人的歧视与侮辱，阿契因一个白人士兵的陷害被德国人杀死。不久，一个欺侮黑人最厉害的白人种族主义军官被人杀死，一个目击证人指认斯各特为嫌疑人，一切证据都对他极为不利。 德国纳粹头目菲瑟尔（马塞尔·尤里斯）同意了麦克拉马拉上校的请求，按照日内瓦条约，开设军事法庭对斯各特进行审判，上校担任法官。这时法学院学生汤姆顺利成章担任了斯各特的律师，开始了调查。然而事情并不象看上去那么简单。哈特的深入调查与上校发生了冲突，他与斯各特之间也并未互相理解。当谋杀案的调查分开了德国人的注意力时，上校开始谋划带着他的士兵逃出战俘营。 调查和分析引向更多的秘密。当一切都要被揭示出来时，哈特面临他从未经历的局面：在个人荣誉与国家利益，士兵的职责和自己的信念之间，汤姆·哈特必须作出改变他一生的决定。 　　 　　影片评价 　　「 裁决之战 」并不是一般常见的战争电影，这里的战争主要是指为保持国家及个人荣誉而在内心产生的交战，本片利用二次大战时发生在战俘营的一段插曲，明白示范了军人在战时为了捍卫祖国如何表现荣誉、勇气与自我牺牲。 战俘营里的生活并不像战场般艰苦，身为俘虏只要安分守己便可天下太平，唯一差别祇在头衔地位上的光荣而已，所以身为战俘营内美军最高官阶的布鲁斯威利，自然肩负起弟兄们恢复美国光荣的使命，严格要求部下不可以被俘虏生涯磨光锐气。这其实是一种意识形态攻防，评量标准在于所作所为是否有效提升国家荣誉，美国与德国军官身处两对立阵营，在战俘营中就不得不互相尊重，但私底下则唇枪舌剑暗自较劲，这远比杀戮战场上更能透彻战争的本质。 乍看下军官布鲁斯威利身居幕后导演出了一场悬疑入胜暗潮汹涌的法庭戏码，实质上却是将军人荣誉彻底发扬的完美示范，看到结局才发现每个人都充满为国捐驱的勇气，且十分合情合理，虽然过程中时有争执，当中牵扯到了黑人人权、法庭舞弊、通敌等复杂议题等等，将全剧的张力共同推向顶点，然而一旦将指导原则回归国家荣誉，所有的难题立即迎刃而解，彰显出本片主题。 人心的诡谲多变是本片戏剧张力产生的原因：对军官布鲁斯威利而言他要确保秘密计划如期进行，安排了一场军事审判转移目标，却必须应付一连串的横生枝节；对德国军官而言始终不忘采用渗透战术瓦解美国士兵心防，但夜路走多了最后终于撞见鬼了，在法庭上一度哑口无言无法解释通敌的不白之冤；夹在中间的中尉哈特一方面得忠于律师本色帮助黑人胜诉，一方面还得应付来自国家荣誉与同侪团体的双重压力，而十分讽刺的是在军事法庭上德国军官和自己利益相符；对黑人军官林肯而言则是面临种族人权与国家荣誉卡在中间的难题，每个人都自然陷入意识形态风暴中无可幸免。一部电影能如此面面俱到安排震撼人心的冲突，是最令人惊叹之处。 　「 裁决之战 」是难得一部以剧情为重的战争片，重点不是攻城，而是攻心。布鲁斯威利临终遗言：「我们都是输家」，一语道破战争本质的荒谬，即便以捍卫祖国荣誉为名仍然不可能是发动战争的好借口。 <IMG onmousewheel="return imgzoom(this);" onmouseover="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true;
