<font size="3"><font color="black">         据国外媒体报道，美国一名摄影师历时24年，拍全了蝴蝶翅膀图案展现的“26个英文字母”。所有这些漂亮的照片均来自蛾和蝴蝶翅膀上鲜艳的图案，这些图案每一种都是独一无二的，它们的作用要么用来吸引异性，要么作为伪装避开天敌。<br>
　　这名现居美国的摄影师名叫桑德韦德，现年86岁。1975年，他在一份海报上，展现了英文字母表中的每一个字母，这些都是他在一些地方发现的由飞行的
蝴蝶或飞蛾组成的图案。稍后，他发表了在自然界中发现的字母、数字和符号等彩色收藏。他完成两个字母表用去了24年时间。虽然年岁已高，但他仍在继续自己
的追求。最近他发表的照片上的图案，有的像人脸、眼睛、‘＆'号、希腊字母pi，有的像猫咪和老鼠的形状。<br>
　　1960年，38岁的桑德韦德第一次离开出生地挪威到美国旅行时，他开始了这个与众不同的终生追求。当时他正忙着编撰一本有关自然界的百科全书。他已
经写了有关古典音乐和欧洲艺术的百科全书。有人认为他在华盛顿逗留了6个月，当他来到这里时，该市的史密森学会的主管同意让他浏览他们博物馆的收藏。桑德
韦德说：“一天奇迹发生了。我在这里找到了我一生要从实的事业。在一个古巴雪茄盒子里装满了蝴蝶和飞蛾。它们正在飞行，我突然看到一个美丽的字母‘F’。
我永远都不会忘记那一刻。我想，‘哦！上帝！自然如何能以这么美丽的形式把一些东西展现在蝴蝶翅膀上？’”<br>
　　盒子里的蝴蝶已经失去大部分颜色。因此桑德韦德思考他怎样能拍摄到比较完美的照片。于是他开始在世界各地旅行，寻找更多字母。他已经在30多个国家进行了冒险活动，其中包括巴西、巴布亚新几内亚和菲律宾群岛。现在他仍然居住在美国。</font></font></div>
